The great history of “Lamborghini Automobili” began in 1963. The protagonist of the birth of the company is Ferruccio Lamborghini, a determined and strong-willed man with a brilliant and creative intelligence. Born under the sign of Taurus on 28 April 1916, Ferruccio was the first of five brothers. He grew up on the family farm, where his father passed on to him his passion for farm works, through the agricultural and farming culture of the time. After finishing primary school, he attended the “Fratelli Taddia” Vocational Training Institute and, after obtaining his school leaving certificate, he decided to work as an apprentice at a local blacksmith’s, where he learned the secrets of ironworking and welding.
